1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to any person ("User") who uses the xx00 platform (xx00.win) and all services offered on it. By browsing the site, opening an account or placing any bet, you are considered to have fully read and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, stop using the site immediately. xx00 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and all amendments will be published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment means you accept the updated terms.

2 Eligibility

Only users who meet the following requirements are permitted to use the xx00 platform.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 — Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide your full name, date of birth and contact details accurately and completely. If an account is found to have been opened with false or inaccurate information, xx00 will close it immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

3.2 — One Account Only

Each person may open only one account at xx00. If a second account sharing the same IP address, payment method or personal details is found, it may be closed without prior notice.

3.3 — Password Security

Keep your account password private and never share it with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, report it to the xx00 customer support team immediately via Live Chat.

3.4 — Account Closure Request

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 — Deposit Methods

xx00 accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 20,000 Ks.

4.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 10–45 minutes of the request. Please ensure all required KYC verification steps are completed before requesting a withdrawal.

4.3 — Payment Verification

xx00 reserves the right to carry out checks on deposits and withdrawals to prevent financial fraud and money laundering. Payments on accounts that cannot provide satisfactory documentation may be restricted or blocked.

4.4 — Financial Fraud

xx00 reserves the right to investigate and restrict any payment considered unlawful or fraudulent. In such matters, xx00's decision is final.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

xx00 offers a 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit — 1.5x your deposit amount — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 30,000 Ks bonus → balance 50,000 Ks → wagering requirement 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 680,000 Ks → receive 500,000 Ks bonus → balance 1,180,000 Ks → wagering requirement 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks

5.2 — Bonus Restrictions

• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement stated in the relevant bonus terms has been met.
• Bonuses cannot be converted or transferred from one account to another.
• Where an account holds a mix of bonus and cash funds, cash is considered to be wagered first.
• Withdrawals can only be requested after the wagering requirement is met and xx00 has verified the bonus.
• xx00 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus without prior notice.

5.3 — Promotions

All xx00 promotions — including the VIP program, cashback, and referral promotions — are governed by these terms alongside their own specific policies. For amounts, rates, and requirements, refer only to xx00's official communications.

6 VIP Program

xx00 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can move up through the tiers based on your playing activity.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP cashback amounts and how they are earned may be updated by xx00 at any time. You can check the latest details after logging in to your account.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 — Fraudulent Activity

Exploiting software vulnerabilities, match-fixing (arbitrage), colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, and using automated bots are all prohibited. Where fraud is found, winnings and balances will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

7.2 — Bonus Abuse

Any account found attempting to abuse bonuses through fabricated scenarios will be closed without warning and any winnings will be forfeited.

7.3 — Identity Verification

xx00 reserves the right to request a player's national ID or other specified documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in payment restrictions or account suspension.

8 Responsible Gaming
